Eye Gazing Meditation With A Partner

Sit cross-legged facing each other, gently gazing into each other’s left eye while breathing slowly together. Hold hands if comfortable. Remain silent, maintaining soft eye contact and presence. Try alternating breaths, one inhaling as the other exhales, gently rocking together. After 10 minutes, shift to a “talking stick” practice: take turns sharing your needs, fears, and desires to deepen connection and intimacy.
